Free Delivery
We offer free shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required. Every order is delivered directly to your doorstep at no extra cost.
Shipping Method
Orders are primarily shipped using UPS. In some cases, we may select an alternative courier if this allows for faster or more efficient delivery to your location. This will never result in additional charges to you.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days. This includes order verification, careful packaging, and a quality check to ensure your items arrive in excellent condition.

Delivery Time
Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery time is 6–12 working days.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Once an order is confirmed, we cannot modify the delivery address as processing begins immediately. If you need to update your address, please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order at support@elizamae-savannah, and we will do our best to assist. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error are not eligible for refunds or reshipment.
Important Notice
Delivery timeframes are estimates and are provided in working days only. While we strive to deliver within the stated timeframes, Eliza & Mae Savannah cannot be held responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to customs procedures, public holidays, adverse weather conditions, strikes, demonstrations, or other unforeseen events.
In the event of significant delays beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@elizamae-savannah before initiating any payment disputes. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package shows as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact us within 3 days of the delivery date. We'll work with you to investigate and resolve the issue. After 3 days, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
