Return Policy

Is it possible to return my order?

Yes, returns are possible under the conditions outlined below.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that all return conditions are met.


Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • Original condition:
    All items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original condition, including all components, packaging, labels, and accessories.

  • Normal handling only:
    Products must have been handled with care. Returns will not be accepted if damage is caused by improper use or handling.

  • Hygiene-sensitive products:
    Items related to personal hygiene (such as underwear or swimwear) must be thoroughly cleaned and unworn before initiating a return.

  • Defective items:
    If your item arrives defective or damaged, please notify us immediately and include clear photos showing the defect.

  • Return shipping costs:
    The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Return acknowledgment:
    Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will acknowledge your return within 7 working days, provided all conditions are met.

Important Notice:
Eliza & Mae Savannah reserves the right to refuse returns if items appear used, damaged, altered, or do not meet the conditions listed above.


How to Return Your Order

To start a return request, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to support@elizamae-savannah

  2. Include the following information:

    • Order number

    • Reason for the return

    • Photo of the product (required for damaged or defective items)

    • Your full name and shipping address

Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the correct return address and instructions.
⚠️ Please do not send items back to the sender’s address unless instructed to do so.

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Cancellation Policy (Right of Withdrawal)

You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days from the date you (or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier) receive the final item in your order.

Important:
Orders are processed automatically. Once an order has been placed, it is not possible to cancel the shipment. If your order has already been processed or shipped, you may return the item after delivery in accordance with our return policy.

In rare cases, small changes (such as size or color adjustments) may still be possible if the order has not yet been processed. Please contact us as soon as possible — while we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.

To exercise your right of cancellation, please notify Eliza & Mae Savannah by email. The cancellation is only considered complete once the returned goods have been received. Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.


Important Shipping Information

Our products are shipped from international warehouses, primarily located in Asia. As a result, delivery times may vary and may be affected by customs procedures or other shipping-related factors beyond our control.

Shipping delays are not valid grounds for cancellation if the goods are already in transit. In such cases, please wait for delivery and then initiate a return if desired.

If you wish to notify us of a cancellation request before receiving your order, we are happy to assist you with the return process once the item arrives.


Consequences of Withdrawal

If you exercise your right of withdrawal and return the goods in accordance with this policy:

  • We will refund the purchase price paid for the returned items

  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part

  • Refunds will be issued within 30 days of receiving and inspecting the returned goods

  • Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction

Please note that all returns must be shipped to our central warehouse in Asia, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
